We’d like to share an opportunity to become Social Delivery Manager with Society Matters. There is only a short turn around for this ad, and you have until 1st November to respond!

Social Delivery Manager

Reporting to the Programme Director, you will ensure the successful delivery of all Society Matters services and products, including existing Learning and Development (L&D) products, L&D within Social Action and Social Welfare programmes, and new digital and micro-learning services.

Your daily responsibilities will include leading business-to-business and client-based learning deliveries, meeting contractual obligations and KPIs. You’ll manage and support the team to deliver high-quality learning as outlined in the quality framework.

As Social Delivery Manager, you’ll seek opportunities for growth and develop new products and services. We are looking for someone with in depth knowledge of the social welfare system, experienced in creating engaging content, and who takes an innovative approach to delivery.
