- Discuss topics to include in the training
3. Course Overview Draft
- Our training experts creates a mock-up overview of the course based on the discussion.
- The client reviews and provides feedback before materials are developed.
4. Approval & Preparation
Once the overview is approved:
- Training materials are created.
- Dates are booked into the diary.
- CPD accreditation is submitted (if required).
5. Delivery & Feedback
- Training is delivered to the client.
- Feedback is collected from participants.
- Findings and insights are shared with the client organiser.
