Child Poverty Reduction
Society Matters CIC has worked in partnership with the North East Combined Authority (NECA), and formerly the North of Tyne Combined Authority (now dissolved), to enable employers across the area to enhance the financial resilience of their staff.
Employers get free access to a unique programme of practical workshops, insights, advice, and information that will have a direct and tangible impact on the financial wellbeing of their staff, in a non-intrusive and supportive way.
Financial Resilience programme
We’ll look to identify no to low-cost measures that can be implemented to ensure staff are able to navigate even the most troubling of times financially.
Employers can access:
- A confidential ‘Making Ends Meet’ survey to engage with employees.
- A comprehensive strategic report and options for next steps from our toolkit, briefed by our team.
- Provision of fully funded awareness-raising workshops and learning opportunities.
- Facilitated 121 problem-solving sessions.
- Invitations to our exclusive peer learning and networking opportunities with other cross-sector industry leaders.
