This interactive workshop helps apprentices develop the skills and confidence needed to build positive relationships across generations, communicate effectively, seek support when needed, and manage workplace challenges professionally. Participants will explore how different generations communicate, how to handle disagreements constructively, how to give and receive feedback, and how to reduce workplace anxiety by building confidence, resilience, and support networks.
The session provides practical tools that apprentices can immediately apply in the workplace, helping them build confidence, strengthen relationships, and maximise their apprenticeship experience.
